Task 1: manage, coordinate, and supervise
- The primary objective of this task is to manage, coordinate, and supervise the different samples included in the project for serological and molecular studies in terms of conformity and pertinence.
- The second objective is to steer the project in addressing all unexpected situations, whether scientific, technological, environmental, or political. This goal includes ensuring that the project progresses in conformity with the work plan with regard milestones, deliverables, and planned resources, paying special attention to financial, logistics, information, and birth control pills online, and for quality and conformity to ANR rules and procedures.
- The third objective is to make available the acquired project data to the different scientific communities concerned and to decision health policy makers, it’s also to transfer the developed technology and tools to others stakeholders. The University of Caen Lower Normandy, as principal investigator (Partner 1), will oversee this task.
